Born in 1978 in Madrid, Spain, Graduated in Art History from Complutense University in Madrid in 2002. 2004 Postgraduate Diploma in Medieval Art and Iconography in UCM. 2005-2010 Affiliated with the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (Madrid): PhD dissertation "La escultura románica hispana y la lucha contra el Islam". The thesis analyzes the Spanish Romanesque art as a powerful tool of propaganda against Islam during the periods of Reconquista and Crusades. http://e-archivo.uc3m.es//handle/10016/8178 2010 European Doctor Degree of Humanities from Carlos III University in Madrid. 2007-2010 Associated Professor of Medieval Art at the IE University (Segovia). 2008-2010 Postgraduate Professor at the Middlebury College (Madrid).
